Deceased estate clearance services

We offer two distinct estate clearance packages, the standard executor package and the premium executor package, each designed to meet the specific requirements of different estate situations.

The standard package

Our standard package for deceased estate clean-out is perfect for lower-value estates where time and budget are key considerations. We will handle the full property clearance—including homes, units, yards, sheds, and garages—while also appraising any items that can be sold.

To make the process as easy as possible, we work out the cost of the full property clearance, appraise items that can be sold and offer a discount off he total cost of the job.

We will clear everything that isn’t part of the building itself, and the property will be left empty. This service includes sorting, donating, recycling, and disposing of all items and covers all necessary equipment hire, dumping fees and external contractor costs.

The premium package

This deceased estate clean house clearance is suited for larger or more complex estates, often overseen by professionals like lawyers, real estate agents, or interstate families.

Sometimes, these estates come with unique challenges, such as excessive hoarding, difficult access (e.g., sloped blocks, no truck access), multi-story houses, or severely overgrown yards. Our team is equipped to tackle these complex situations and ensure that even the most challenging clearances are handled professionally and efficiently.

Our premium package is comprehensive and includes all services from the Standard Package, but there is likely a range of items of value such that sales of those items are appropriate and necessary.

Our premium deceased estate package also include:

We sort through everything to find all items that can be sold through an estate auction house. (The auction houses have their own fees, which are not covered by our services.)

Our service includes the packing and transport of items to auction. This comprehensive service provides a packing materials bundle, including boxes, bubble wrap, butchers paper, and packing tape, as well as the transport service.

Some families want to shift and sort through everything by themselves but need assistance determining what to keep and what to dispose of. We work with reputable and professional auction houses in Adelaide to appraise, pack, transport, and arrange the sale of household items for you.

Additional opt-in services for deceased estates

While our Standard and Premium Packages cover most of your estate clearance needs, we understand that some deceased estate executors require additional services. We offer various additional opt-in services that can be added to either package.

Yard clean-ups

We offer yard clean-up services, for example, removing garden ornaments, pots, building supplies, tyres, scrap and general rubbish and we can arrange for garden services on your behalf.

Removal of small structures

For properties with additional features like chook sheds, lean-tos, clotheslines, fences, or other small structures, we are equipped to dismantle and remove them, ensuring the property is left in a sale-ready condition.

Workshop and heavy item clean-outs

Estates with workshops, garages, or sheds often contain heavy equipment, tools, or hazardous materials. We specialise in clearing out these spaces, safely handling and disposing of items such as oils, chemicals, and other hazardous waste, and offering transport and sale options for valuable equipment or tools.

Transport and sale of vehicles, trailers, and caravans

If the estate includes vehicles, trailers, or caravans that need to be sold or transported to another location, we can manage this process for you. Our team will arrange for the transport and sale of these items, ensuring they are handled with care.

Document destruction

Sensitive documents and records may need to be securely destroyed as part of the estate clearance. We offer professional document destruction services, ensuring that all confidential information is disposed of safely and complies with legal standards.
